Fords 3.0 Liter OHV
Fords 3.0 liter over head valve engine with the Vin code U was used from 1986 thru 2004 in a multitude of vehicles and was called the Vulcan engine. They included both front and rear wheel drive applications for trucks, vans and cars. Ranger trucks, Aerostar vans and Taurus cars were some of the vehicles Ford used this engine in.
