“OPTIONAL” LABOR WARRANTY

PURCHASABLE   LABOR WARRANTY  PLAN

1. Your engine comes with a free limited conditional warranty but does not cover any labor should we have sold you a defective engine.  This optional labor warranty plan will provide added security for your protection.  For a minimum additional charge of $300, should we have done something that causes your engine to fail, you will have a warranty that will cover some of  your expenses.
2. Labor reimbursement will be  available from date on invoice  through 365 days  or 12,000 miles, whichever expires first.  An amount of $300 added to the exchange price of the engine will enable you to submit billing and request labor reimbursement up to $400 for the year.  Once the $400.00 is used up, no more will be granted for the term of the 12 month period.
3. All labor expense shall be determined from hours listed in “Chilton’s Labor Guide” at a rate not to exceed $30 per flat rate hour (No diagnostic time is included). Labor is paid only for repair or to replace defective part or engine.
4. This protection plan affords you the Customer a warranty that covers both parts and workmanship coverage, which is standard with the engine and coverage for “labor” for a small additional charge.

 

Optional Standard 1 And 2 Year Additional Warranties

Add on 1 additional standard warranty for an amount of $300 and a third year for another $300.

Example:

Cost of an Engine	$   900	Free standard warranty on parts and workmanship – no labor
Additional Labor Plan	300	Covers first year of labor and comes with free standard warranty
Additional – 2 year	300	Adds on second year of standard warranty
Additional – 3 year	300	Adds on third year of standard warranty
TOTAL	$1,800	3 year warranty with first year labor warranty

 

For $1,800, you would receive a three-year standard warranty on parts, workmanship and labor up to $400 for the first of the three-year warranty.

 

REMANUFACTURED ENGINE LIMITED WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
